If you receive a damaged or defective product or if it differs from the description, we will replace the item at no cost to you.  However, please note that mounted, installed, or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need to return an item, it must be in its original packaging and returned within 30 days. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. All returns will be inspected and if the item is used or damaged, it will not be accepted for return. Refunds will be returned by the original payment method.
